Born and raised in Chicago |

Masters Degree in Teaching majoring in architectural design. Spent several years in the home construction industry (which can provide valuable information when analyzing homes) |

Served in the Navy Submariners, Viet Nam veteran. (In fact, 'Da Goose comes from playing football with my buddies. They teased me about waddling down the field like a goose.) |
|
|
Have always been involved in Boy Scouts, including time as a Scout Master, and I'm proud to be an Eagle Scout. (In fact, my father was an Eagle, as is my son.) |
| HOBBIES AND INTERESTS | |

Watching all sports, but my main source of exercise is racquetball. |
|
|
The great outdoors is the best! I especially like hiking, backpacking and camping. (I've done a lot of this with the Scouts.) |
|
|
I must admit, golf is a passion with me. If you are ever in my area, I'll treat you to a few holes. Just give me a call. |
|
|
I love to go Fishing but somehow I don't do much of it. It's something I dream about doing when I retire. |
|
|
Although the upper Midwest isn't a driver's paradise, I am a certified deep water scuba diver. It's always a good excuse to get to warmer climates in the winter. |

Cooking (This is my wife's favorite. . .she enjoys watching me cook!) |

|
Bird-watching and backyard bird feeding (Yes, I'm one of those binoculars-toting, eyes-to-the-sky sort of guys.) Also, I collect Canadian geese pictures and figures. |
